What are the available shipping options that your business provides?
We currently provide priority shipping via USPS for all of our orders. You will receive tracking via email once your order is processed.
What is the cost to the customer of each of the available shipping options that you provide?
All U.S. orders are FREE for USPS first class mail. Once processed orders will take 3-5 business days to receive.
All international orders are flat rate for $15.99 for First Class Mail International. Once processed orders will take 7-14 business days to receive.
NOTE: International are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
How long does orders take to process ?
Processing time usually takes 1 -2 business days.
Does you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
We can only ship to these location via USPS Priority Mail. Due to handling time, delivery can take up to 30 days. We cannot ship restricted items to these addresses.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we do ship to P.O. Boxes with some restrictions. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. We cannot ship restricted items to P.O. Boxes.
Do you accept Refunds?
We do not accept returns on used products. In order for you to receive a refund you must return the product unused within 14 days of receiving it. If a product is damaged during route we will send you a replacement product. In order to receive a replacement product you must email us photos of your damaged product within 7 days of receiving it.
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards that have a registered billing address to make payments.
